Winter Fun!

Thought I would share one of my favorite scrapbook pages! This is one I made earlier this year with some pictures from last winter. We got such wonderful news about our son towards the end of December last year and it made playing in the snow just that much more fun.

I made my own printed paper with a snowflake stamped randomly with Pretty in Pink, Certainly Celery, and Almost Amethyst. The snowflakes were cut out from my Pazzles Inspiration and I added some Bling with dazzling diamonds along the edges. The Snowflake is supposed to say "Snow Much Fun!", but I think I forgot to right it in after I got my Certainly Celery pen. I have some new Snow pictures from a couple weeks ago and I can't wait to scrapbook them too!

Here's a closeup of one of the snowflakes. See the glitter....it adds a ton to the page!

We had so much fun that day building a snowman. We tried to make one this year, but the snow wouldn't pack, so we went sled riding instead. That was so much fun, I even got to join in. Hope you are all having a wonderful Sunday. We have a busy day of getting our house back in order from the holidays. I have laundry to do that probably will only take an hour or so, but it is just the part in getting in gear and getting it done. Then we probably should attempt to take down the tree. I thought we were heading to Philadelphia this week so I had decided to leave it up, but since we're not, I think I'll try getting at least the big tree down today. Well, Ava is here crying.....who knows why, so I better run! Thanks for stopping by!

Great pages! I so need to do some scrapbooking. I am so far behind. And I love your new wallpaper. I changed mine to the winter one when I saw it and now I may just have to change mine again! Hope you don't mind. :)

Love your blog - we've never met, but I keep your son and family in my thoughts. Thanks for sharing your cards and scrapbook pages.
You give me lots of good ideas.

Alicia,

These Scrapbook pages are sooooo cute!!!

I love the colors you used, and I really like the whole layout and the snowflakes are so cute.

You two little ones are so adorable!!

I love seeing pictures of them!

I really like the new blog background to!

I have not had the guts to change my background for fear I may loose some of my stuff, but everybody else does it with no problem so maybe someday. I love the color green so my background with all the greens suites me, but some of the backgrounds all of you use are pretty cute too!!

I adore Pink Cat Stamps! I was pretty bummed at first not to make the DT, but she had over 100 people try out so I am very Happy to get to be a DT member as a Guest for 1 release! Of course when there are so many awesome designers out there like Lauren I feel pretty honored just to be a guest!!! :-)

I will send you an e-mail about Paper Craft Planet in just a little bit. It is actually very easy to navigate, and to upload and the groups are fun because you really do get to make some real friends that way!

I have gotten to be pretty good friends with Janna Hull one of the girls that is on the DT for pink cat and we met on Paper Craft Planet. She called me right before Christmas and we talked for over 3 hours on the phone. It felt wierd because you get to meet some amazing people in this stamping world and you only know them thru blogging so when we talked for the first time we said it was like a Blind First Date!

LOL.

Love your Scrapbook pages you have inspired me to get scrapping!!!

Have a wonderful night Alicia!!!
